Christine Artis is an accomplished grants and funding specialist dedicated to helping businesses, councils, not-for-profits, and community organisations strengthen their strategic approach to funding priority projects through Grant Writing and Funding Strategy support.

With a background in stakeholder management, customer advocacy, Government procurement, and business development, Christine brings extensive experience in securing funding opportunities, driving business growth, and building strategic stakeholder relationships. Her solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset allows her to identify innovative funding pathways and create meaningful opportunities for organisations and communities.

Christine has a proven track record of securing substantial Government, corporate, and community funding for a diverse range of projects and initiatives. Her expertise in navigating complex funding programs, combined with her extensive professional network, enables her to identify suitable funding opportunities and develop compelling, strategically aligned applications that maximise long-term impact and sustainability.

Through her strategic Grant Writing and Funding Strategy approach, Christine helps organisations align funding proposals with broader organisational goals, community priorities, and Government policy objectives. She takes a holistic approach that considers not only immediate funding needs, but also long-term organisational growth, sustainability, and capability development.

Christine’s career includes leadership and engagement roles across Government and industry sectors focused on supporting sustainable economic growth and future employment opportunities throughout the Central Coast and Hunter regions.

Her notable achievements include co-coordinating the formation of the Central Coast Economic Taskforce, chairing the Central Coast Visitor Economy Working Group, and leading Regional Australian Digital Youth initiatives during her time as Regional Engagement Manager at Telstra.

Christine is passionate about creating positive outcomes for businesses, customers, and communities through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and funding opportunities. Her dedication to facilitating growth and prosperity continues to make a meaningful impact across the organisations and communities she supports.

Meet Celia Pavelieff

Expert Consultant

Celia Pavalieff is a seasoned strategic communications and marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering impactful campaigns, stakeholder engagement strategies, and advocacy initiatives across Government, nonprofit, arts, sports, and commercial sectors.

Her expertise spans strategic communications, marketing, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management, supporting organisations to strengthen visibility, community connection, and long-term strategic outcomes.

With a proven track record of developing innovative communication strategies, Celia combines thoughtful leadership with a calm, responsive, and highly collaborative approach. She has led and supported multi-disciplinary marketing, digital, and communications teams, delivering successful campaigns and engagement strategies across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

Celia has established Client Relationship Frameworks, delivered major events across multiple formats, and provided high-level strategic advice and advocacy support to Government organisations, community groups, industries, and stakeholders.

Most recently, Celia served as Senior Manager of Communications for the Greater Cities Commission’s Innovation Districts program, leading strategic communications initiatives promoting Sydney’s innovation precincts and stakeholder engagement opportunities.

Prior to this, Celia spent nine years with the Australia Council for the Arts in leadership roles including Director of Marketing and Communications and Marketing and Operations Manager.

Her earlier career includes positions such as Acting Manager of Major Events at Brisbane Marketing and Associate Director at ACMN.

Celia holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance from UNSW, postgraduate diplomas in Business Administration and Primary Teaching from QUT, and a Diploma of Arts in Music from the University of Southern Queensland.

Her diverse expertise in communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning enables her to deliver meaningful outcomes while fostering strong collaboration across organisations, industries, and communities.

Kellie Brown is a dynamic storyteller, strategic content producer, and digital marketing specialist with more than 20 years of experience across media, marketing, digital production, partnerships, and communications strategy.

As part of The Funding & Grants Collective team, Kellie brings expertise in strategic storytelling, content production, campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications. From leading creative productions and integrated marketing campaigns to developing strategic partnerships and audience engagement strategies, Kellie thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity and execution intersect.
