Her expertise lies in driving business growth, forming strategic stakeholder relationships, and enhancing service experiences. She thrives on utilising her solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue creative solutions and generate new opportunities.

Christine has a proven track record of securing substantial financial support for a diverse range of projects and initiatives. Her unique ability to navigate the world of Government and corporate funding programs, combined with her extensive network, allows her to identify suitable grant opportunities and craft compelling applications. This has resulted in numerous successful funding outcomes. Christine’s strategic mindset enables her to align funding proposals with the broader goals and objectives of her clients, maximising the potential for long-term impact and sustainability. She takes a holistic approach, considering not only the immediate funding needs but also the long-term growth and development of the organisations she works with.

Christine’s career journey includes roles in various Government organisations, where she focused on supporting sustainable economic growth and expanding future employment opportunities for the Central Coast & Hunter communities. Her notable accomplishments include co-coordinating the formation of the Central Coast Economic Taskforce, chairing the Central Coast Visitor Economy Working Group, and driving Regional Australian Digital Youth programs during her time as the Regional Engagement Manager at Telstra, devoted to actively contributing to her community.

Meet Celia Pavelieff

Expert Consultant

Celia Pavalieff is a seasoned strategic communications and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience driving impactful campaigns across the public and private sectors. Her expertise spans strategy development, marketing, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
With a track record of delivering insightful and innovative communication strategies, Celia balances clear-sighted relationship management with a calm, responsive, and thoughtful approach. She has led and supported multi-disciplinary marketing, digital, and communications professionals, deploying successful strategies for projects spanning the arts, sports, Government, nonprofit, and commercial domains.
Celia has established Client Relationship Frameworks, resourced and delivered key events across multiple formats. She has provided high-level strategic advice and advocacy to a range of stakeholders, supporting communities, sectors, and industries.
Most recently, Celia served as the Senior Manager of Communications for the Greater Cities Commission’s Innovation Districts program, leading strategic efforts to promote Sydney’s innovation precincts. Previously, she spent 9 years at the Australia Council for the Arts in leadership roles as Director of Marketing and Communications and Marketing and Operations Manager.
Her earlier career includes roles such as Acting Manager of Major Events at Brisbane Marketing and Associate Director at the marketing firm ACMN. Celia holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance from UNSW, postgraduate diplomas in Business Administration and Primary Teaching from QUT, and a Diploma of Arts in Music from the University of Southern Queensland. Her diverse expertise allows her to drive impactful outcomes and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
